Amazon Early Black Friday Toy Deals 2026: Live Updates
This is our live file for Amazon's Black Friday toy season. Black Friday lands on November 27, 2026, but Amazon's toy discounts typically begin the first week of November — and the best strategy is knowing which prices are real before the countdown timers do the talking.
How this page works: every week from now through Cyber Monday we add the toy deals that pass our checks — genuine discounts on toys we'd recommend anyway, with all the fine print you need. Each deal block below gets filled in with the price and discount when it goes live.
The Amazon deal calendar
| When | What happens on Amazon | Your move |
|---|---|---|
| First week of November | Early Black Friday sales typically open; the first real toy discounts appear | Buy the season's hot toy if it's already at a good price — it may not survive to Black Friday |
| Mid-November | Deal volume ramps up; daily deal rotations begin | Work through the mid-price list; stock up on stocking stuffers |
| Nov 23–30 | Black Friday + Cyber Monday proper — the deepest discounts of the year | The big toy haul happens here (except anything already sold out) |
| Mid-December | Shipping cutoffs approach | Final orders with standard shipping — see our shipping deadlines guide |
Deals worth grabbing — this week's picks
Each block below is filled in when a deal passes the checks (genuine discount, recommended toy, stock available). Blocks stay up as long as the deal does; expired deals get moved to the bottom log.

How to spot a real Amazon deal in 30 seconds
1. Check the price history. A price-history tool (CamelCamelCamel is the classic) shows whether "50% off" is genuine or just a return to the everyday price. This one check filters out most of the noise.
2. Watch the seller. Sale weeks flood Amazon with third-party listings. "Ships from and sold by Amazon.com" is the safest slot; check who actually sells it before buying anything going to a small child — lookalike toys are a real thing (our safety checklist covers the five-minute inspection).
3. Lightning Deals have clocks and limits. A deal can expire by time or by stock. If it's a recommended toy at a genuinely good price, don't wait for a better one that may never come.
4. Compare the other two stores anyway. Amazon is usually competitive, not always — that's why every pick here carries Walmart and Target comparison buttons.
5. Never pre-order a "deal" that charges at a future price. Anything where the discount applies later is marketing, not a discount.
What NOT to buy on Black Friday
- The season's #1 hot toy at full price — it's the one thing that doesn't discount; buy it whenever you see it in stock.
- Anything on a wish list you can't verify the age range for — a deal that's wrong for the kid is 100% off nothing.
- Massive multi-pack "filler" toys — the stocking-stuffer trap at scale; cheap pieces, no play loop.
